Cancellation and Refund Policy

workshop-registration.icretegy.com reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any webinar due to unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to low registrations or other situations beyond our control. In the event of such cancellation, all registered participants will be notified prior before the schedule of the webinar.

If a webinar is cancelled, attendees are entitled to receive a full refund, which will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued as a single settlement via a banker's cheque deposited to the bank account provided by the attendee. Attendees must email their bank details to webinars@icretegy.com.

Cancellation by Attendees

Individual attendees who wish to cancel their registration must inform workshop-registration.icretegy.com in advance by emailing webinars@icretegy.com, no refund shall be made.
