Workshop Summary

FDCA, in collaboration with iCretegy, conducted the “Integrity is My Personality® - Do the Right Thing When No One is Watching” entitled as “LeadWith_In Workshop”. This values-driven leadership session focused on empowering professionals to lead with integrity, authenticity, and long-term purpose. It was designed to ignite self-leadership among individuals across all levels of the organization.

Key Outcomes

Over ~120 participants from FDCA, including drug inspectors, senior drug inspectors, deputy commissioners, and Gujarat Commissioner engaged in this workshop. iCretegy delivered 11 Legendary Leadership Lessons rooted in practical insights, supported by the 9/21/90 Rule to drive sustainable personal, professional, and spiritual growth. Participants found the content highly relatable, leading to immediate reflection and internalization.

Execution Highlights

The workshop was the outcome of three months of close collaboration between iCretegy and FDCA teams. It was well-received for its fresh perspective and actionable frameworks. The session established a strong foundation for future leadership development initiatives within the organization. This successful rollout also demonstrated the value of embedding culture-building programs into corporate strategy.
