Workshop Summary

Cipla, in association with iCretegy, hosted a Technical "cFDA IDL Workshop" ‘(Synergy + Harmony = Alignment)’ on September 4, 2023, in Mumbai. The mission of this workshop is to learn & get insights on China IDL Application & understand importance of cFDA requirements for quality filing, quicker approval & launch sooner.

Key Outcomes

Over 120 in-person participants and ~50 virtual attendees from across China, Europe, India and the USA joined Cipla’s cFDA IDL Workshop, united by the theme Synergy + Harmony = Alignment. Thirteen presenters from functions like RA, PM, Quality, SCM, R&D, AR&D, API RA, Operations, and HR shared insights to streamline IDL applications and accelerate product launches in China and other emerging markets.
The workshop enabled cross-functional clarity and collaboration, reinforcing Cipla’s commitment to excellence in global execution.

Execution Highlights

The event was the result of two months of close coordination between iCretegy and Cipla, with strong support from Cipla leadership and presenters. The energy, preparation, and dedication of all contributors ensured the success of this large-scale, globally connected initiative. This collaborative milestone marks the beginning of a purposeful journey toward greater alignment across Cipla’s global vision.
