Workshop Summary

Harman, in collaboration with iCretegy, hosted the “Learn2Lead: Learn How, Lead Now” leadership workshop on March 2 & 3, 2024 in Aurangabad, Maharashtra aimed at equipping individuals for personal, professional, and spiritual growth. This two-day session focused on developing leaders who inspire change, lead with clarity, and influence through responsibility, not authority.
The workshop created a learning environment where leadership was explored not just as a role, but as a mindset and daily practice.

Key Outcomes

With over 130+ in-person participants, the workshop covered core leadership pillars including Ownership, Integrity, Cultural Enhancement, Synergy, and Accountability. Through immersive activities, real-time reflection, and group dialogue, participants walked away with actionable insights to enhance team dynamics, lead effectively, and drive collective success. Attendees appreciated the relatable approach and left with renewed confidence to lead at every level of the organization.
